Oreland is under communist rule. Due to that the power distance is very high. There is a hierarchical structure and everyone should respect and accept that structure. All political opponents are imprisoned or sentenced to death penalty.

 

The country consists of different provinces: Lithium, Beryllium and Titanium (named after the ores and sediments that can be found there) and the capital city is Urania. Each one of these provinces has a different leader. The president is Big Barb. He has the absolute power. His will is law, so the government is under an autocratic system.
